ASF7100 Series
The ASF7100 Series Swirl Flowmeter is a high-accuracy, maintenance-free gas flow meter combining turbine and vortex flow measurement technologies. Its turbine-shaped flow inlet generates a vortex core and thread-like spirals, producing linear secondary pressure frequencies measured by dual piezoelectric sensors. The device processes these signals with integral temperature and pressure compensation for precise flow measurements. Suitable for industries like petroleum, chemical, electricity, and metallurgy, it offers robust performance and a long service life. Key features include dual integral sensors that minimize external vibration interference, a design with no moving parts for reliability, and multiple output options (4-20 mA, pulse, RS485, alarm). The flowmeter supports adjustable display orientations, can be battery or DC-powered, and ensures reduced pressure loss and minimal straight pipe installation requirements.
