The Glass Tube Rotameter is a Variable Area Flow Meter designed to measure fluid flow using a tapered glass tube and a float made of stainless steel (SS) or PTFE. The flow rate is determined by the vertical position of the float, which moves up or down within the tube based on the fluid flow. The differential pressure across the annular space remains constant, ensuring accurate measurements. This flow meter features a heavy-duty design with maximum visibility for easy reading, a durable two-tone powder-coated finish, and a body construction without threads to prevent corrosion. It is easy to maintain and replace, making it suitable for on-line installation in various applications. The rotameter also offers single-piece PTFE/PFA/PP cladded end connections for improved resistance and longevity.
