The Float and Board Level Indicator is designed for accurate level measurement in storage tanks. It features a float attached to a multi-strand wire rope that passes through two frictionless, specially designed pulleys. These pulleys connect to a pointer that moves along a graduated scale mounted beside the tank. The system is suitable for a variety of liquids, including water, vegetable oil, LSHS, molasses, caustics, brine, and H₂SO₄. Additionally, it is vapor-sealed, making it ideal for handling solvents, HCl, NH₄OH, and similar substances. This robust design ensures reliable performance across diverse industrial applications.
